Levenets E. Psychological Factors of Professional Skills Development for Employees of Internal Affairs Bodies

The thesis designs theoretical concept of the ability problem based on the system and psychological analysis. Generalized classification of Ukrainian IAB employees' professional skills is designed based on analysis of their functional duties. It is shown that their activity is provided by a series of decisive professional and psychological skills: information searching, communicative, information reproductive and managerial skills as well as emotional and will regulation abilities. It is proved that the system creating factor of professional skills development of IAB employees is its professional orientation. Influence of psychological grounds on development professional skills dynamics and interaction are analyzed. Use of professional and psychological trainings and algorithmic techniques as effective means for skills development of IAB employees is substantiated.
