Essay

The object of study, the pharmacokinetic properties of ketorolac - a potentially dangerous element of the food chain man. Purpose - the study of pharmacokinetic characteristics and methods of ketorolac in the organs and tissues of animals. Research Methods, pharmacokinetic, chemical-analytical, computer prediction, statistics. Theoretical and practical results - the first time studied the comparative pharmacokinetics of ketorolac in the oral and intramuscular administration. Methodical recommendations "Determination of ketorolac in the tissues of animals that are approved by the Scientific and Methodical Council of State Committee of Veterinary Medicine of Ukraine (protocol № 2 from 25.12.2008). Is elaborated SOW documentation for "Method for determination of ketorolac and its metabolites in the objects of animal origin" (protocol number 132 TC 27, dated 20.12.2007 g.). Developed and implemented in practice Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhya regional laboratories, veterinary medicine scheme toxicological analysis. Novelty - first conducted pharmacokinetic studies of a new analgesic drug pyrrol-pirolnoy of NSAIDs - ketorolac, which can be potentially dangerous element of the human food chain. Calculate the main pharmacokinetic parameters (rate of absorption, maximum concentration of drug in the blood, half-life, rate of elimination). The terms of slaughter of animals treated with pharmacotherapy consisting of ketorolac. We study the possible presence of ketorolac in the tissues and organs of animals. The degree of implementation - developed recommendations "Determination of ketorolac in the tissues of animals that are approved by the Scientific and Methodical Council of State Committee of Veterinary Medicine (protocol number 2 dated 25.12.2008).
