Essay

The object is technological process of details processing of type a shaft. The purpose is increase of efficiency of details machining due to time reduction of restoration of technological system as parameter of its maintainability, that is reliability, by reduction of irregular receptions at restoration of system. Methods are based on the theory of technical systems, systems of mass service, techniques of research of reliability, timing of time, computer modelling. Recommendations on increase of productivity of technological system are developed in view of the set level of its reliability. Classification of manufactures on groups of stability of technological process is offered. The software for calculations of parameters of functioning efficiency of technological system is developed. For the first time the model of functioning of technological system is developed in view of random factors as man-machine system.The statement, that process of restoration contains irregular works, reducing forecast ability of performance of technological process has received the further development. For the first time the share of irregular works is accepted as parameter of division of manufactures on groups of stability. On the basis of the models for the first time the parity between change of productivity of technological process, readiness factor of technological system, information loading on a worker. The received results are realized in the integrated time specifications, general machine-building specifications of cutting modes for turning works. Introduction of results of work on closed joint-stock company NKMZ has allowed to reveal, that it is possible to increase release of a commodity output machining by 12 %.
