Brinzak S. Forecasting of psychological compatibility of athletes in a team (as example of game kinds of sports)

The dissertation is devoted to research of psychological compatibility of athletes in a team, a substantiation of its forecasting as means increase of efficiency of command interaction. On the basis of studying social - psychological and personal levels of psychological compatibility of sportsmen, the typology of compatibility of sportsmen is established, communication of a level of psychological compatibility with a level of competitive activity of teams is shown, personal qualities which determine psychological compatibility of sportsmen are revealed, is developed three-level model of psychological compatibility of athletes and practical recommendations concerning increase of command interaction of sportsmen. The analysis of results of research, interpretation of the data of forming experiment show, that efficiency of command interaction can be raised successfully by achievement of modelling characteristics of psychological compatibility of sportsmen, in particular with the help of the practical recommendations developed by us.
