After leading of research work it was defined that football players with high qualification, depending on sports roles, are differed by a number of indexes, both the psychophysiology (prevailing of type of temperament and of indexes of attention) and the psychological (personal) (orientation of motivation, strong-willed activity, self-checking, a self-estimation, way of thinking) indexes (p<0,05). Psychophysiology and personal indexes of high qualified football players of different sport roles have strong correlation with data of competitive activity. The developed psychological profiles of football players with different sport roles include the most important indexes for effective competitive activity. The research of two age categories (11-12 and 15-17 years) with taking into account a sport role, showed the absence of distinction between separate sport roles of the most of researched psychophysiology and psychological indexes. According to the research results practice recommendations of process' organization of football players' sport orientation with using of psychological criterions were developed. The practice recommendations are directed to value of fit for effective competitive and training activity of football players in framework of separate sport role at different stages of long-term training.
