Theoretical and practical aspects of the legal status of the International Financial Organizations have been studied. The analysis of the term international personality of international intergovernmental organizations in conditions of International Economic Law globalization has been carried out. The evolution of the International Financial Organizations in International Law system has been traced. The features of the supranational character of some modern IFOs have been demonstrated on the basis of the International Monetary Fund and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The peculiarities of the regulation of the privileges and immunities of the International Financial Organizations have been defined. The contractual capacity of the International Financial Organizations has been analyzed. General characteristics and separate features of internal organizational mechanism of the modern International Financial Organizations have been investigated. Fundamental principles and legal regulation of the Ukraine's collaboration with universal and regional International Financial Organizations have been revealed. A number of scientific recommendations, realization of which will enable Ukraine to raise effectiveness of its cooperation with the International Financial Organizations, have been framed.
