Essay

The thesis deals with the problem of teaching law in the 9-th form of secondary school by using module-rating teaching technology. The psychology-pedagogical and methodical analysis of the investigation subject, theoretically based and experimentally proved methodical conditions of effective using the module-rating technology of teaching law in the 9-th form, the normative documents and the algorithm of putting into practice in the teaching process. The work proves that using the module-rating technology in teaching law stimulates the pupils" learning motivation, forms their skills of independent defining their own learning strategy and its realization, develops self-organizing processes and self-assessing in the 9-th form pupils, adapts them to studies in higher educational establishments where module-rating system is used. The research results allow to state the fact of growth of learning results indicators and pupils" learning motivation which guarantee quality of 9-th form pupils" learning results.
