Dissertation is devoted to the explaining of theoretic - methodological of practice of institutional principles of international competitiveness providing of small and middle business in the conditions of globalization. The model of influence of institutional mechanisms is offered for strengthening of competitiveness of small and middle business. For the estimation of efficiency of the offered mechanism the structure of co-operation of institutes and small and middle business is considered. As a result, an institutional environment includes : state, integration processes, itself-organization of SMB, international financial and technical help of SMB, that in endpoint influences on the competitiveness of small and middle business in conditions of globalization.
