The process of cross-cultural management formation in the international business-environment. The grounding of directions of corporate culture development in the international business-environment on the basis of complex diagnosing and monitoring of its key parameters, working out offers on cross-cultural technologies using as an effective instrument to improve the international competitiveness of the company. The general scientific and special methods: analyses and synthesis; system generalization; inductive-deductive methods; examination; questioning; mathematical and statistical methods. The theoretical aspects and methodological recommendations according corporate culture development in the conditions of internationalization are worked out. The methodology of the diagnosing of corporate culture internationalization level is improved. The theoretical-methodological and applied background to form and develop corporate culture of international companies. The recommendations of the methodical nature for estimations to effectiveness of corporate culture of the company in the context of its international economical activity development are used.
