Essay

The important scientific and practical task of increase of efficiency and quality of assembling of drum-disk construction rotors (DDCR) is solved due to development of the effective technological providing. Theoretical research of formation conformities law of frame-clamping connections of two non-rigid links of DDCR at assembling of these links on lateral and butt-end landings surfaces with resilient force-fit joint without a gap is executed. The laws of motion at the conditional turn of the second link in relation to the first are set. The experiments proved that the error of determination of descriptions of pair does not exceed 10-20%. On the basis of properties of the formed pair at assembling of links first developed and grounded method of assembling of DDCR. This method is based on virtual optimization of position of links of rotor at the final assembling. Initial data of methods is results of measuring of the radial and butt-end beatings of control surfaces of links of two successive assembling of rotor. The new algorithms and software for realization of technological processes of assembling on a turning ship-way are developed and realized in an industry.
