Bryndikov Y. Development of Professional Readiness of Drivers of Motor Transport to Actions in Extreme Situations

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the problem of development of professional readiness of drivers of motor transport to actions in extreme situations. Theoretical analysis and substantiation of the concepts "installation", "readiness", "stress", "mental intensity" and "extreme situation" are revealed. The specificity of activity of the person, in particular the driver in extreme situations of road conditions is described and analysed, major factors, which assist or interfere with optimum actions in extreme situations, and also professionally significant qualities generated in the conditions of preparation of drivers of motor transport are defined. The complex of ways, receptions and methods of development of psychological readiness of drivers of motor transport to actions in extreme situations of road conditions, which have extreme character is proved theoretically and checked up empirically. The program of module studying for formation and development the professional readiness of drivers of motor transport to actions in extreme situations is developed and approved.
