Essay

This dissertation deals with the problem of forming professional responsibility of a future managers. Much attention is paid to experimental pattern of professional training of a future managers which provides goal-oriented professional responsibility forming and methods of their application. Realization of scientific and training influences may be effective due to using interactive training methods (business games, including applying special computer programs), working in small groups, using project methods. Pedagogical conditions of applying proposed pattern were formed.
