Report (Abstract/Synopsis) Purpose. Develop and scientifically substantiate the intergrated programme of the preventive medical technologies for rural (country) population. Methods. Statistical, sociological, scientific assessment, simulation, designing of medical social processes, social designing. Theoretical and practical results. The intergrated programme of the preventive medical technologies focused on the system optimization of the primary medical and sanitary assistance for rural population is substantiated. Novelty. In this dessertation (thesis) for the first time the influence of social hygienic and medical biological factors on the health of rural inhabitans is determined, the peculiarities of the lifestyle and the social axiological (valuable) orientations of rural inhabitans which determine the standard (level) of health in the up-to-date conditions are educed, the multiplanned complex avaluation of the resource basis of the medical rural area is carried out, the complex programme of the medical preventive technologies adapted to rural environment is substantiated.
