The given dissertation is devoted to some problems of the music enlightenment at the Dnipro region in 1950-1970-s of the 20th century. The author has not only ana-lyzed the contextual tendency of the characteristic features which had formed the fur-ther Ukrainian culture development but also has given the proposals and recommen-dations as to contemporary using of the positive experience at the music enlighten-ment activities. The music enlightenment conception's been investigated as the kind of cultural activity. Being based on the previous scientific investigations, the music enlightenment history at the features of general development of the Ukrainian music culture at the end of the 19th - at the first half of the 20th century has been widely analyzed at the given work. The music enlightenment experience as aesthetic education of the 1950-1970-s of the 20th century has been shown on the Dnipro region example.
