Buko S. Value orientations of contemporary management

The dissertation analyses value-based models of management, focusing on collaboration dynamics and on value orientations' similarities and differences of Ukrainian and foreign managers within for-profit and non-for-profit areas. Value-based management is widely applied in Western TNCs and INGOs, and is slowly being introduced in Ukrainian management. INGO support of humanitarian international development values led to a set of new business regulations and responsibilities (corporate and ecological) which changed TNCs work environment. INGO top-manages become change agents, responsible for humanitarian value transfer and new business practices to local representatives.
