Essay

Research object: processes of development of experimental T-2 toxicosis and des-intoxicative properties of solution of HNHS. Purpose of researches: finding out the pharmacological action of solution HNHS on the organism of laboratory animals and piglets at development of experimental T-2 toxicosis and to develop the method of its des-intoxication. Methods of researches: pharmacy-toxicological, clinical, hematological, biochemical, microbiological, histological and mathematic-statistical. Scientific novelty: for the first time certain parameters of stability and pharmacological action of HNHS had been set on the organism of laboratory animals and piglets at experimental T-2 toxicosis. Toxicological parameters are studied in a comparative aspect, features of biochemical, hematological, histological and microbiological indexes of organism of animals at application of HNHS and NHS. On the basis of findings the des-intoxication method for organism of animals is developed with the using of Septoks preparation for a prophylaxis and treatment of piglets at T-2 toxicosis and therapeutic efficiency had been set. There had been experimentally approved and doses and chart of HNHS application was offered at T-2 toxicosis of piglets. Degree of introduction: on the basis of results of researches a normative document had been developed on preparations "Natrium hypochlorite solution" TR U 24.4-00485670-047:2005 and "Septoks" TR U 24.4-33636972-001:2006 and settings in relation to their application. The results of dissertation researches were entered into methodical recommendations "Mico-toxicosises of animals", that are ratified by the State department of veterinary medicine of Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, order № 5 from December, 19, 2006. The mass production of preparation on SPC "Brovafarma" had been adjusted. The results of researches can be used in an educational process at teaching of veterinary pharmacology and toxicology for the students of higher educational establishments of veterinary type.
