Object of research: process of formation of global intrafirm management of the multinational corporation under the influence of transformation of world economic system. The purpose of dissertational work is development theoretical and methodological and working out of scientifically-practical positions concerning research of process of formation of global intrafirm management of transnational corporations. Research methods: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, a generalisation method, a method of the comparative analysis, methods of the statistical analysis, ordering, a method of the system analysis and economic-mathematical modelling. Theoretical results: consist in deepening of theoretical bases, development of scientifically-methodical positions and working out of scientifically-practical recommendations concerning development of the mechanism of formation of global intrafirm management of the multinational corporation. Practical results: consist that the carried out workings out and certain approaches allow to raise efficiency of integration of national manufacturers in system of formation of global intrafirm management of the world multinational corporations. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the algorithm of acceptance of administrative decisions in system of intrafirm relations of the multinational corporation in the conditions of formation of the global economic environment is developed; principles of formation of effective global intrafirm management of the multinational corporation are defined; are improved: model of interaction of elements internal and a multinational corporation environment; classification of the multinational corporation which are included into the list of 100 greatest not financial companies of the world; the mechanism of the state support of development of potential of transnationalization of the national integrated structures; algorithm of formation of potential of creation of the transnational integrated structures; have received the further development: conceptually-kategorialnyj the device of research of intrafirm management "intrafirm management of the multinational corporation", "global intrafirm management".
