Essay

The object of study – social intellect of future managers. The purpose of study: finding - out of features of development of social intellect at the students-managers and search of ways of its formation. The methods: the theoretical analysis of the scientific literature, supervision, analysis of the documents, forming experiment, psychodiagnostic testing, methods of statistical processing of the information. Novelty: is shown, that the social intellect occupies the important place in structure of the professionally important qualities of the manager; the interrelation of model of social intellect, selected on a basis of pearson-activity approach, with structures of the person and structure of activity is shown; is shown, that the effective form of work on development of social intellect of the students-managers is the social-psychological training, which includes traditional forms of training and active methods of psychological-pedagogical influence. The practical value of work consists in formation and approbation of a complex of techniques for diagnostics of social intellect of the manager; the program of development of social intellect of the students-managers is developed; the practical recommendations for exercise, which develop social intellect of the students, are developed. The subject and degree of the introduction: the results of work are introduced in study process of Drogobych state pedagogical university by Ivan Franko. Efficiency of the introduction - high. The sphere of the use: higher educational institutions.
