The dissertational work is devoted to decrease in navigating breakdown susceptibility of courts by working out of a method of calculation of effective estimations of co-ordinates of a vessel at the mixed distributions of errors of measurement of navigating parameters. For the description of distribution of errors of navigating measurements the model of the mixed distributions is used, density of distribution of an average quadratic deviation in the mixed laws of errors of navigating measurements are thus in detail investigated and properties to which they should answer are received. There are families of closeness of distributing of standard deviation in work, which generate the obvious closeness of distributing of errors of measuring of navigation parameters. The procedure of determination of closeness of distributing of vector error of observation of ship in the case of dependent and independent supervisions is got in dissertation. There is the trained possibility of development of model of forming of errors of the navigation measuring with the use of the Puasson's generalized distributing in work, which can be used for description of the system of independent and dependent errors. The analytical expressions and algorithms of calculation of effective estimations of coordinates are received by a method of the maximum credibility at various laws of distribution of errors of measurement.
