Pshenychna L. State Assistance to the Ukrainian Higher Education System Adaptation to the Requirements of the Bologna Process

Object of research: process of public administration by sphere of education. Purpose: theoretical ground of directions of perfection of mechanisms of public administration by higher education in connection with adaptation of the system of higher education of Ukraine to the requirements of the Bologna process. Methods: analysis and synthesis, unity of history and logical, dialectical analysis, prognostic. Results: the mechanisms of state assistance to development of the system of higher education of Ukraine by its adaptation to the terms of the Bologna process are improved. Novelty: the value is grounded and are entered in the scientific everyday life of notion of "state assistance to adaptation" and "society of knowledges" in relation to the system of higher education as the special social phenomenon. It is inculcated in the educational process of educational establishments of the Sumy and Chernigov regions. Areas of use: public administration, regional administration, training and retraining of civil servants.
