Tychyna I. Professional reorientation as a cause of personality self-fulfillment of the higher education establishments alumni.

The thesis represents a theoretical model of the value regulation of the professional reorientation which reflects the dependency of the personality development in the professional activity on the reflection of the dynamics of the professional capacities and structural-substantial peculiarities of the value consciousness of the higher education establishments alumni.Personality self-fulfillment is considered in this investigation as a subjectively determined process of the personality self-development program realization by means of the change of trade. The central component of the value regulation structure is the self-fulfillment of a personality which depends on the development and reflection of the professional capacities and structural-substantial peculiarities of the value sphere of the higher education establishments alumni.
