Essay

The experiment in the thesis is dedicated to the study of psychological circumstances and the meaning of professional reflexis’ development of the teachers of High Pedagogical Educational Institution. Structural- functional peculiarities of the professional reflexis and its role in the educational activity of the teachers are cleared out in the thesis, as well as its functions and mechanisms were assigned. Its factors were analysed and was also shown their influence on the development of the professional reflexis; the conceptual model of professional reflexis in the educational activity was proven. Tendencies of the teachers’ of HPEI professional reflexis were experimentally assigned and interpretated, its types, levels, and circumstances of the development of professional reflexis were assigned. It was proven that ability to the professional reflexis increase factor of quality and quantity of their motivation towards willingness to educational activity. Seminar– trening of the development of professional reflexis of HPEI teachers was worked out and used in practice.
