Essay

It was exposed, that for years the period of specific prophylaxis' input (2000-2008) the level of morbidity in all age groups of population had gone down gradually, smoothing of recurrence had happened the quantity of the rubella's cases, related to action of seasonal factors, had diminished and the age-old distributing in the structure of morbidity had changed. In present time there are new age groups of risk - children 7-14 years old, teenagers and adults. It was proposed the introduction of the particular morbidity's account among children before 1 year old and in the age 1-2 years old. The study of the state of rubella's immunity among the children with different terms after the inoculation (1-5 years) exposed the high level of rubella immunity's tension, which testifies to immunological efficiency of specific prophylactic's conducting.
