The content and main features of payment systems and economic nature of payment card systems are considered, the peculiarities of forming of the market of banking services of Ukraine are determined. The peculiarities of regulation of cooperation of native banks with international payment card systems are researched, the organization-economic forms of cooperation of commercial banks on the market of payment card instruments are determined, the specific of function of payment card system in Ukraine are founded. The priority ways and models of cooperation of commercial banks with international payment card systems such as economic-mathematic model of comparative analyses of payment card and money and organization-functional model of development of national payment card system are worked out and founded, the perspectives of development of national payment card instruments market are analyzed
