Stryzhak M. Derangement of reproductive function of men with chronic prostatitis of chlamydiosis, mycoplasmosis, ureaplasmosis aetiologies.

It is revealed high level (82,6-87,5 %) of defeats of generative functions, such as patospermia with prevalence of oligospermia (1st degree of 18,0 %; 2nd degree - 48,5 %; 3rd degree - 18,0 %) which worsen functional and morphological parameters of spermatozoids in patients with chlamydiosis, mycoplasmosis, ureaplasmosis, and also mixed infection. Astenozoospermia was found at 82,4 %, teratozoospermia - at 57,9 %, piospermia - at 40,8 %. Excretory-toxic and mixed infertility were found out the most often (91,4 %) among infertile patients. Also considerable reduction of fructose and citrate in ejaculate is revealed. The lowest rates - in group of patients with the mixed infection: fructose - 50,6 % of the normal level (at the monoinfection - 55,2 %-82,9 %), citrate - 44,5 % (57,1 %-70,4 %). Progressing of inflammatory process results to decrease of endocrinous functions of testis at 66,7-78,5 % of examined patients. The quantity of B-lymphocytes in patients is raised more, rather than at half of examined patients (64%). The high level of immune complexes at almost 40% patient was also noticed. Almost at half of patients rates exceed the normal levels - IgA for 50,3%, IgG for 41,1%, IgM for 36,9%. Activization of phagocytosis was noted, what is proved by the high rate of phagocyte number which is higher than the normal level on 65,9 %. Application of the complex course of therapy in the base of which there are antibacterial medicines from the group of macrolides leads to fast clinical effect (77,7%-94,1%) and is well transferred by patients. The offered course of treatment which includes etiotropic and stimulating of immunity and spermatogenesis medicines is considerable (at 95,2 % of patients) improves indicators of spermogram and promotes liquidation of inflammatory process.
