Essay

The process of future teacher training to an upbringing work by facilities of museum-pedagogical activity is grounded. On the basis of the purposeful constructing of front-rank experience the organiza-tional pedagogical terms of providing the efficiency of process are exposed and experimentally tested: 1) presence of internal and external subject-to-subject relations; 2) unity of the extracurricular and out-of-school, audience and out-of-audience activity; 3) creation of specially organised museum-pedagogical environment; 4) integration of components of museum-pedagogical activity and educational contents of common pedagogical and professional disciplines.
