Essay

The thesis was devoted to studying of efficiency of the stages haploproduction process in anther culture of common wheat. The samples differing on genes of growth and development are included in experiments (Ppd and Vrd). Research of a morphogenic reactions shown by 35 genotypes - in conditions in vitro has allowed to allocate with cultivars, hybrids and lines genotypic distinctions on qualitative and quantitative parameters of stages haploproduction at the samples distinguished by a degree of photoperiodic sensitivity and insistence to duration vernalisation. Dominant alleles of genes duration of vernalization Vrd 1 and Vrd 2 lines of cultivar Erytrospermum 604 promoted increase in frequency of developing newformation and regenerations of plants. Positive influence on regeneration of green plants of cutivar Mercia with replaced 2D a chromosome is shown. Development of biotechnological parameters of reception homozygous regenerants from haploids in anther culture has allowed to create unique linear material of common wheat and to allocate 4 genetic sources with high ability to haploproduction.
