In dissertational research the attention is given to a problem of formation of a professional knowledge of the future younger experts of a building structure with the help of business games. The structure and functions of business games in teaching and educational process is opened; given away the system of development and introduction of business games in professional training the future younger experts of a building structure. Examples of scripts of business games and methodic their carrying out in the training process of special subjects in building structure colleges are given.
