The thesis is a theoretical and experimental research work on the problem of forming future music teachers' media culture in the process of professional training. The work characterizes theoretical basis of future music teachers' media culture in the process of their professional training and analyzes contemporary condition of professional training of future music teachers The work elaborates the concept of 'media culture of music teacher' in the author's understanding as an innovative subsystem, which is the result of synergy between informational and professional and music teaching activities in the system of training future teacher.
