Essay

Socio-economic situation of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education development in Greece are singled out. The following ones should be specially mentioned: membership of the country in EU, signing the Bolongna agreement, processes of informatisation and globalization of the society. The genesis of postgraduate pedagogical education development in Greece is studied and four periods of its development are singled out.
