Essay

In dissertation from positions of subject-activity approach the psychological features of the burnout of teacher are investigated, in particular, structure of process of his experiencing. Grounded structural-dynamic model of process of experiencing and composition of its components, high-quality-quantitative combination, is certain, which determines psychological features of the burnout of teacher. Standardization and approbation of author questionnaire of diagnostics of having a special purpose determinants o of experiencing of critical situation is conducted. The effective program of prophylaxes of the burnout of teacher is developed.
