Essay

The dissertation deals with the analysis and definition of the unemployed pedagogical stuff's experience types. Endurance structure components as special type of the experience have been analysed. Defined proprium of the structural components includes: content, processual and personal. Typical endurance strategies which are available in the professional activity of the pedagogical staff and determine the changes in their behaviour forms are analysed and systematized. The types of the pedagogical stuff experience are identified: emotion-stipulation, situation-fragmentary and design-transforming. The program of psychological support of jobless pedagogical stuff in the period of unemployment is developed and tested.
