Vinnuk N. The Development of Personal and Professional Qualities of Pupils of Vocational Training Institutions in the Process of Training for the Activity in the Sphere of Services.

The dissertation deals with theoretical generalization and experimental solving of the problem of developing the personal and professional qualities of the pupils of vocational training institutions in the process of their training for activity in the sphere of services. The process of this training is realized through developing the personal and professional qualities of pupils which contributes to their successful career, self-realization and life success. The work grounds the personality competence approach and defines its principles, according to which the personality is regarded as a bearer of the personal professional qualities. Four blocs' personal professional qualities, which are criteria of the personal professional development of the future professional in the sphere of services, are defined: communicational, motivational characteological reflexive. The program of developing the personal professional qualities of the future professional is worked up and introduced in the process of training for activity in the sphere of services. The program allows to increase the level of development of the personal professional qualities of pupils of the vocational training institutions which allows to recommend this program to be introduced in the process of training the pupils of vocational training institutions for activity in the sphere of services.
