The processes of development of local cooperation in the framework of European integration. The systemic study of the economic nature, characteristics and factors of formation and development of sea euroregions, as Polystructural dynamic associations of the integration in the process of strengthening its local peripheral zones' cooperation. History-logic, system-structural approaches, methods of quantitative and qualitative comparisons, economic-mathematical modeling, expert estimations and prognosis for the disclosure of the nature and characteristics of the development of euroregions by strengthening their internal homogenization. The author's definition of the sea euroregions and complex ground of the necessity of formation of sea euroregions in Ukraine. The recommendations regarding the application of the organizational and economic mechanism of the sea euroregions, proposed by the author are implemented.
