Guban R. International legal aspects of the development of the dialogue between civilizations.

The thesis is devoted to the international legal aspects of the development of the dialogue between civilizations. Classification of civilizations, and also criteria of such classification are considered. Author's definition of concepts of "civilization" and "dialogue between civilizations" is formulated. Development of the dialogue between civilizations in international law is analysed. In the dissertation the relationship of the concept of the dialogue between civilizations and principles of contemporary international law is analysed. Attention is also paid to the analysis of the concept of dialogue between civilizations in the documents of the UNO. The possibility of the reform of the Secutiry Council of the UNO in the context of the concept of dialogue between civilizations is examined. The concept of the dialogue between civilizations has also been considered within framework of the institution of human rights both on international, and on national levels.
