The object is the process of future designers'professional training; the aim is to substantiate scientifically and to check the content with the help of experiment, forms and methods of future designers' artistically graphic skills formation in the process of specialized disciplines studying; the analysis of leading scientists' conceptions; the comparison of theoretical and empirical facts; substantiation of elaboration didactic conditions and the employment of methodics for students' artistically graphic skills formation in the process of specialized disciplines studying; observation, questionnaire, testing; designing; pedagogical experiment ( ascertaining and forming); statistic; novelty: for the first time coceptual basis of specialized designers'professional training in higher educational institutions was determined in the process of systematically historical analysis; the methodics of future designers' artistically graphic skills formation was elaborated to create the basis of scientifically theoretical and practical facts for further research and improvement of professional training in the higher educational institutions system; the content of future designers' professional training was indicated, that was reflected in working out and modification of specialized discipines programms ("The Basis of Composition", "The Type", "Designing"); the essence of definitions "skills", "artistically graphical skills" was made more precise and elaborated scientifically to solving the problem of artistically graphic skills formation in the structure of future designers' professional competence; the system of future designers' stepped professional training got the further development; results: the results of the thesis may be applied while elaborating textbooks and aids for pedagogics of the higher school, in the process of studying plans and curricula correction, in the system of graduate education; the field: the theory and methods of professional education.
