Polisсhuk O. International Legal Regulation of Labour Migration

The thesis is devoted to the complex scientific research of the international mechanism of international regulation of labour migration as transnational process by its nature. It reveals the main theoretical and methodological approaches to the investigation of the international legal mechanism of labour migration regulation. The main types concepts, categories, levels and characteristics of the modern labour migration has been analyzed in the thesis. It had been proved that under the conditions of intensification of labour migration between countries, diversity of its nature the role of international law in this sphere will constantly grow. The necessity of its improvement is caused by the migration problem in Ukraine.
