Essay

The thesis covers Dissertation research is devoted to questions of development of abilities and skills of talking on the initial stage of teaching a Crimean Tatar language. Children, who come to the 1st grade, are master the language only for 30-40%/ therefore the teaching of speaking is a very urgent problem. For the organization of the education the teaching material is selected. This material consists of the speech material and the linguistic one. The speech material is selected according to the typical speech situation, and it consists of the speech clauses, dialogues, texts (specially compounded educational texts, dialogues, works for children, tales and riddles, shot stories, verses and songs). The phonetic, the lexical and the grammar minimums are comprised by the speech material. The whole of the Crimean Tatar language phonemes, the peculiarities of pronouncing the sounds were comprised by the phonetic material. The lexical minimum consists of more then 400 words and set expressions. The grammar minimum is selected on the texts analysis, and consists of 36 patterns (the communicative task, the question, the answer). The ethno cultural material (traditions, customs, national handicrafts) are selected. The whole of the educational material is presented by us as the situational and the subject plan, where the language, the speech, the ethnical material is distributed to the each lessons.
