Essay

For the first time, taking into account the latest achievements of legal sciences, there has been made a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the problem of administrative and legal regulation of labor relations as a means of securing human rights and legal interests of the employer in the employment process. As a result of the research, there has been formulated a number of new scientific provisions and conclusions aimed at improving administrative and legal, organizational and practical implementation of labor relations in Ukraine. The Dissertation explored the concept, content and features of labor relations, legal regulation of the employment, and the administrative and legal regulation of recruitment and selection of personnel. The administrative and organizational principles of human resources management, organization, rights and responsibilities of HR department, mutual implementation of labor relations by the employer (manager) and employees have been reviewed in detail; the concept, reasons and types of administrative transfer of the employee to another job have been studied; place and role of regulatory and supervisory authorities in securing legality of the application of labor relations have been analyzed. Author of the dissertation has also studied the administrative procedures of personnel dismissal, concepts and classification of grounds for termination of employment. The issues of administrative and legal regulation of the dismissal procedure initiated by the employer and the employee dismissal at the initiative of the parties that are not party to the labor relations have also been analyzed.
