Subjects of research are delayed epileptic syndrome at persons which took part in liquidations of consequences of failure on the Chernobyl's nuclear power station. Purpose - to improve diagnostics and medical tactic of delayed epileptic syndrome for the participants of liquidation of consequences of failure on the Chernobyl's nuclear power station, being based on the study of features of neurophysiological, neurovisualization, laboratory changes. Methods - clinic neurological, laboratory, neurophysiological, neurovisualization, statistical. Novelty - firstly on the basis of correlation analysis at comparison of clinic neurological indexes and information of instrumental research diagnostic descriptions of the state of cerebral circulation of blood and electrogenesis of brain are set at a delayed episyndrome. The first at this category of patients connection of variants of clinical flow of delayed episyndrome is analyzed with features electrolyte, power exchanges and free radical oxygenation. It is discovered that convulsive focal and general attacks prevail for them. The protracted are expedience of application combination of anticonvulsants and antioxidants is well-proven. Results - it is set on the basis of the conducted researches, that a delayed episyndrome, in the structure of which general convulsive attacks prevail for the liquidators of consequences of failure, arises up in 10±3,6 years after a stay on the Chernobyl's nuclear power station and vegetative disorders are preceded his development; the substantial changes of cerebral electro genesis and hemodynamics are certain. For patients with decompensation of delayed episyndrome correlation of electrolytes and state of free radical oxygenation changed meaningfully. Dependence of morphstructural changes of brain is set on the type of epiattacks, intercommunication of indexes of power exchange and cerebral hemodynamics. It is well-proven that gliatilin in combination with anticonvulsants in leveling of epiattacks, diminishing of neurodynamic changes, renewal of linear speed of blood stream. It is inculcated in practice of neurological separations of the Regional clinical hospital and Regional hospital №2, Regional psychoneurological dispensary, city hospitals №7, №10 of the Lugansk and also in a pedagogical process in Lugansk medical university. Field of using is treatment and diagnostic process of neurological separations, pedagogical process of neurologic chairs of medical educational institutions.
