Tluschak O. Politiko-legal analysis of the Ukrainian-Russian relations

The Subject of the given research is the politiko-legal mechanism of realisation of the bilateral interstate cooperation between Russia and Ukraine . The special attention is given to the analysis of the process of formation of а contract-legal basis of the Ukrainian-Russian relations and the consideration of the basic politiko-legal problems of the bilaterial relations which arose in the process of their formation. In the course of research the author allocated three basic periods of formation of а contract-legal basis, each of which was different because of the political situation, theoretical value of the reached results. In the dissertation the state interests of Russia and Ukraine in bilateral relations and the attention; Russian Federation in the foreign policy of Ukraine are defined, besides the experience of solving common problems between Ukraine and the Russian Federation is investigated and the substantiation of some existing sources of intensity in the Ukrainian-Russian relations is given.
