Boichoune S. Electronic democracy as a tendency of global political development.

Dissertation is devoted to the analysis of evolution, peculiarities and tendencies of international system of electronic democracy. Governments receive new way of cooperation with their citizens and open possibilities of significant enhancing of international collaboration by involving this tool into official activities. Prerequisites to transform effectively information exchange in Ukraine between state and citizens in the conditions of globalization and possibilities of further projecting national systems in full accordance with principles of leading governments of the world has been defined in this work. Definition of comprehensive forms and types of democracy has shown, that model of democratic development depends from the level of communication instruments development and the way of projecting the platform for official services to the civil society.
