Essay

On the basis of the analysis of the literature in the structure of interest towards administrative activity such components have been discriminated: motivational, cognitive and practical. It is shown that formation of administrative interest as a part of cognitive component is held in several stages: the appearance of involuntary attention and positive emotions; penetration into the point of the matter, intellectual emotions and active realization (understanding).
