Kasartseva S. Pathophysiological prognostic methods of the cerebral apoplectic stroke onset at the persons with transient disorders of the cerebral blood circulation

The thesis is devoted to solving of one of the essential pathophysiological and angioneurological task which deals with working outo-pathophysiological methods of prognosis of the cerebral apoplectic strokes onset at the persons with transient disorders of the cerebral blood circulation as well as in improv-ing of the methods of early diagnostics of the similar complications' development. It is shown there, that the leading risk factors promoting transient disorders of the cerebral blood cir-culation development are general and cerebral angioatherosclerosis, pathology of cardiovascular system, arterial hypertension and inherent vertebrogence. Getting pathophysiological prognosis of the beginning of the cerebral apoplectic stroke at the persons with transient disorders of the cerebral blood circulation is necessary to evaluate objectively the degree of the compensation of the autoregulating of the cerebral blood circulation using the parameters of blood pressure, pulse rate, reographical index, maximum and average speed of the blood flow, the level of fi-brinogen in the blood serum as well as the time thromboses.
