The thesis is devoted to the problem of didactic principles of development and usage of a educational-methodical package from the drawing for the main school. The state of the researched problem in pedagogics and a technique of study of the drawing, since 20th years of XX century and to the present is analysed. The concept of a educational-methodical package, system of educational jobs(definitions) behind model of levels trained pupils is developed. The expediency of hierarchical layout of many-levels didactic material for revealing of training the pupil, stage-by-stage creation of skills of operation with the educational information and consequently creation of the cores competence of the pupil, For an intensification of educational process, its(his) personalising, the educational-methodical package is developed in two subsystems is experimentally proved: a didactic package of the pupil and a methodical package of the teacher at which involvement the personally-oriented approach to study is realized. The first subsystem is interpreted as a resource of the doctrine, the second - as a resource of teaching. By forming pedagogical experiment it is proved, that usage of a educational-methodical package gives positive qualitative and quantitative changes, in particular in experimental classes the tendency of prevalence reproductive-efficient both efficient(productive) training and decreases of quantity(amount) of those pupils which study reproductive is tracked. In check classes perceptible changes it is not revealed. Usage of a educational-methodical package in practice creates conditions for personalising study.
