Essay

The thesis considers improving the precision of staggered holes' processing with abrasive-planishing reamers. Developed are some new structures of abrasive-planishing reamers, including this one with autoreadjustment mechanism of holes' finishing processing. For the first time there are elaborated the mathematical models of technological scheme's limit conditions' forming as well as the criteria of their indirect control, allowing to exclude tool breach and bad condition of ready product. Developed is the theoretical substantiation of dimensional and finishing processing ending with respect of technological scheme's constructive technological parameters, providing staggered holes' ing precision.
