Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to researching the influence of fragmentation of international law on refugees’ rights protection. The causes and the substance of fragmentation of international law are analyzed. The ways to avoid its negative consequences are proposed. The place of rules on human rights and refugee protection in the system of international law is investigated. High emphasis is placed on the description of peculiarities of international protection of specific categories of refugees (women, children and families), refugees’ rights protection during states of emergency, armed conflicts, natural and man-made disasters.
