Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of the procedure of construction of training process of the first year training tennis players at the conditions of the club system, that favours the rapid and effective capture of techniques. The indexes of general physical and technical conditioning and the level of development of special capabilities of first year training tennis players are analyzed in the work. The methodology of constructing the training process for first year training tennis players at the conditions of the club system on the basis of the redistribution of study hours for types of training and development of models of training blocks has been presented, and the peculiarity of which is changeover of one block to another with gradual increase of physical activity and intensity of performing the exercise. The purpose of the work is to theoretically and experimentally provide rationalization of the construction of training process of first year training tennis players at the conditions of the club system. For the first time the methodology of training of first year study tennis players at the conditions of the club system, that favours the rapid and effective capture of techniques and increasing the development of special capabilities is presented. The results of the other researches as for correlates dependence of rates of physical and technical training and development of special capabilities of young sports men were added. In is confirmed that there is an interconnection between the techniques of performing the contest exercises and interdependency of contest exercises with special capability of a sportsman depending on his training level.
