Korobka G. Philosophic-anthropological Comprehension of the Language of Laughter

The object of the research is laughter as a philosophic-anthropological phenomenon. The aim is the research of philosophic-anthropological aspects of the language of laughter. The methods - general philosophical method of analysis and synthesis, semiotic, diachronic and synchronic, comparative and historical, method of terminological analysis and operationalization of terms. The theoretical results of the thesis and its novelty are the following: it has been carried out a systematic research of the main stages and tendencies of development of forms of realization of laughter as a characteristic feature of Ukrainian mentality; the main varieties of the anthropotype "homo ridens" are highlighted: Mocker, Individual being turned into "clown", "fool", "marionette", Superman (as his precursor Zaratustra); four fundamental characteristics of the language of laughter have been determined in the thesis: transgressiveness, deconstructiveness, manipulativeness, perversiveness. The practical significance of the thesis lies in the possibility of further philosophic-anthropological researches and interpretation of laughter, study of ways of communication functioning in the linguistic field of laughter. The results can be used in the further scientific researches of the laughter culture as well as in the academic process in teaching Philosophic Anthropology and Philosophy of Culture, and such disciplines as Philosophy of Language, Theory and History of Culture, Study of Literature and Religion Studies.
