Kataiev E. Features of professional "Self-concept" of servicemen of contract service.

This dissertation focuses on the psychological features of professional "Self-concept" of contract servicemen who serve in combined (armored) units and formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Features of professionalization and actions of contract servicemen, as well as the structure and content of their professional "Self-concept" are highlighted in the dissertation; main methodological approaches to its analysis are defined. Features of professional contract servicemen "Self-concept" development and factors which influence the effectiveness of their actions were defined. The model of the sphere of profession concepts of contract servicemen personality was developed. The psychological intervention techniques aimed at structuring the sphere of profession concepts of servicemen "Self-concept" because of influence on their professional semantic sphere and algorithm of their implementation in combined (armored) units were developed and tested.
